Cookie Policy

Effective September 21, 2026

Terms of ServicePrivacy PolicyCookie PolicyAccessibilityDevelopers

This Cookie Policy explains how this website uses cookies and similar technologies, and how you can manage them. It should be read together with the Privacy Policy.

What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels and tags. They can keep a site working, remember choices, measure use or support advertising. Some are set by the site you visit and others by third parties.

Cookies used on this site

With your consent, the site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure how the site is used, and Google Tag Manager to load its remaining measurement tools. The container currently loads Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors move through the site.

The cookies currently set are:

  • _ga: stores a unique identifier for your browser so visits can be counted and attributed. Up to 2 years.
  • _ga_EQJBYQGJ2X: stores a unique identifier for Ten Twelve’s Google Analytics 4 property and links your activity to it. Up to 2 years.
  • _clck: stores a unique identifier for the browser and the visitor’s Clarity preferences. Up to 1 year.
  • _clsk: connects page views into a single session recording. Up to 1 day.

Google Analytics 4 reports aggregated usage such as pages viewed, traffic source, approximate location, device and browser details. Clarity may also set or read other identifiers and process session-replay data, including clicks, scrolling, device and browser details, and approximate location. Google Tag Manager itself does not set cookies; it loads the tags configured in the container, and any cookies come from the tags that run.

The site does not set advertising cookies and does not use cookie-based personalization. The application serves its typeface and project imagery from this domain and does not request Google Fonts.

Local storage and technical data

The homepage may use your browser’s local storage to remember the position of the featured-project card so that it stays where you placed it on a return visit. That value is stored on your device and is not sent to Ten Twelve.

After you answer the consent prompt, the site loads a live-chat widget provided by Chatwoot and hosted at woots.cloud. The widget keeps a chat session identifier in your browser’s local storage so a conversation can continue between pages. It is not used for analytics.

The hosting and delivery environment may process basic request data and set technical cookies or logs to deliver and secure pages. Those are outside the application and are controlled by the hosting or delivery provider.

Third-party services

Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager are provided by Google, and Microsoft Clarity is provided by Microsoft. Each processes data under its own policies. If you use the contact form, the submission is delivered to Ten Twelve’s Chatwoot inbox hosted at woots.cloud, which may set its own technical cookies or process technical data. This site also links to Instagram; if you follow that link, Instagram may set cookies under its own policies. Ten Twelve does not control third-party cookies, and you should review the relevant third party’s policy.

Managing cookies

Most browsers let you view, block or delete cookies and clear local storage through their settings. Blocking or deleting the analytics cookies listed above prevents Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity from measuring your visit. Blocking all cookies may affect how some websites work. You can also browse in a private or incognito window.

Consent and choices

Before any analytics or session-replay cookie is set, this site shows a consent prompt where you can accept or decline. If you decline, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity are not loaded. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings, which will make the prompt appear again. For details on how Microsoft processes and retains this data, see the Microsoft privacy statement at privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement, and for Google’s practices see policies.google.com/privacy.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers send “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signals. This site does not track your activity across third-party websites, so there is no cross-site tracking to disable. We honor applicable opt-out preference signals to the extent required by law.

Changes

If optional cookies or similar technologies are added, this policy will be updated and any required choices will be provided before they are used.
