Ten Twelve / Legal
Privacy Policy
Effective September 21, 2026
This policy explains how Ten Twelve Design Group Inc. collects, uses and shares information when you visit this website, contact the firm, or otherwise interact with us. It applies to this site and to the inquiries you send us.
Who we are
Ten Twelve Design Group Inc. operates this website. Our office is at 3401 N Miami Ave 212, Miami, FL 33127, United States. You can reach us at info@ten12group.com or +1 786 362 1952. For the purposes of applicable data protection law, Ten Twelve is the controller of the information described in this policy.
Information you provide
You can contact Ten Twelve by email, by telephone, or by using the contact form on this site. When you do, you may provide your name, email address, telephone number, project location and details, and any other information you choose to include.
Contact-form submissions are delivered to Ten Twelve’s Chatwoot inbox hosted at woots.cloud, which is used to receive and respond to inquiries.
Information handled automatically
When you visit the site, the hosting and delivery environment may process technical request information such as your IP address, browser and device details, the pages you request, the time of the request and the referring page. This information is used to deliver the site, keep it available and protect it from abuse.
The application serves its typeface and project imagery from this domain. It does not load Google Fonts or advertising scripts.
If you accept analytics cookies, this site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure how visitors use the site and Google Tag Manager, a tag management service, to load its remaining measurement tools. Google Analytics 4 collects or infers information such as the pages you view, time spent, traffic source, approximate location, device and browser details, and it uses cookies to recognise returning browsers. Google processes this information under its own privacy statement. The container also loads Microsoft Clarity, an analytics and session-replay service that may record sessions, including clicks, scrolling and approximate location, which Microsoft processes under its own privacy statement. If you decline, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity are not loaded.
The homepage may use your browser’s local storage to remember the position of the featured-project card so that it stays where you placed it on a return visit. That value stays on your device and is not sent to Ten Twelve.
Cookies and similar technologies
The site asks for your consent before setting analytics and session-replay cookies through Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity. If you decline, those cookies are not set. The site does not use advertising cookies or cookie-based personalization. You can change your choice by clearing this site’s data in your browser; see the Cookie Policy for the cookie names.
Read the Cookie Policy for the names, purposes and durations of the cookies used on this site and how to manage them.
How we use information
- Respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about a project.
- Provide, schedule and manage services you request.
- Operate, maintain, secure and improve this website.
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting and regulatory obligations.
- Establish, exercise or defend legal claims and enforce our agreements.
Legal bases for processing
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent when you choose to contact us and, where required, for analytics and session-replay technologies; our legitimate interests in operating the site, measuring its use and responding to inquiries; performance of a contract, or steps you ask us to take before entering one; and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us or by blocking the relevant cookies in your browser, without affecting processing that already took place.
When we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers that help us operate the site and our business, including hosting and delivery providers, email and telephone providers, the Chatwoot inbox hosted at woots.cloud that receives contact-form submissions, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Clarity. These providers process information on our behalf and under our instructions.
We may also share information with professional advisers, with authorities or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety, and as part of a sale, merger or transfer of our business or assets.

Retention
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to your inquiry and managing any resulting relationship, and for the period required by applicable law. Analytics data is retained according to the configuration of the measurement tools and their providers. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, to restrict or object to certain processing, to receive a portable copy, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
To make a request, email info@ten12group.com. We may ask for information to verify your identity before we act, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, gives you the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes and the categories of parties with whom we share it; the right to delete and to correct; the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly collect or sell the personal information of consumers under 16. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request, and we may require proof of authorization.
California’s “Shine the Light” law also lets residents request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for direct marketing. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures to protect the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
