Frequently asked questions
How long are lead times for custom furniture and fixtures?
Custom millwork, stone fabrication and imported furnishings commonly run eight to twenty weeks or more. Ten Twelve tracks every purchase order and sequences deliveries so installation happens in the right order, not whenever boxes arrive.
Can Ten Twelve work with my own interior designer?
Yes. We coordinate with your interior designer, or bring our network of specialists and vendors when you prefer one accountable team for procurement, fabrication and installation.
Who handles receiving, delivery and installation?
We handle receiving and warehousing, freight and delivery logistics, furniture installation and final styling coordination through the punch list and move-in.
