What Ten Twelve did
Ten Twelve managed construction and procurement at Starr Residence.
Construction stays hands-on. The studio works with the client and design team while coordinating the trades, craftsmen and specialists through quality control, inspections and closeout.
Procurement covers the materials, fixtures and vendor coordination needed to finish the build, from ordering through delivery and installation.
