What Ten Twelve did
At Ritz Penthouse, Ten Twelve managed planning, construction, owner representation and procurement.
Planning sets the team, budget, schedule and approvals. Construction is managed on site. Owner representation keeps the client’s position clear when other consultants are already engaged. Procurement covers sourcing and tracking the items needed to finish the project and coordinating their installation.
